Project Overview
The existing guttering, timber fascia and soffit were severely deteriorated. The gutter was heavily rusted, the timber fascia was rotting, and sections were no longer securely in place, with some pieces already missing.
All existing fascia, guttering and soffit materials were removed. New H3-treated timber fascia boards and soffit panels were installed, followed by Manor Red quad guttering and a 100 × 50 mm COLORBOND downpipe.

The completed work replaced the severely deteriorated roof-edge components with H3-treated timber fascia boards, new soffit panels, Manor Red quad guttering and a 100 × 50 mm COLORBOND downpipe. The new components provide a secure, neatly finished gutter and drainage system
