Patio Roofing & Gutter Work in Wattle Grove
Patio roofing and gutter work completed at a residential property in Wattle Grove, NSW. View the work completed and before-and-after photos below.
Project Overview
The existing patio roof in Wattle Grove had been constructed without sufficient fall due to an issue in the original framing. The ageing polycarbonate sheets were leaking, and the roof did not have the apron flashings, guttering or downpipe required to manage rainwater effectively.
The framing was adjusted using rafter raisers to create a 3-degree roof fall. Metal battens were then installed, followed by Surfmist-coloured TRIMDEK metal roof sheets. Three apron flashings were fitted, together with a new gutter and downpipe. The new downpipe was connected from the side into the existing downpipe.
